HOTEL BOITE

Designed in the 1950s by Edoardo Gellner as part of Enrico Mattei’s visionary Eni Village, Hotel Boite is one of the most iconic examples of modernist architecture in the Dolomites: a place where design, memory and the collective imagination converge.

To tell its story, we began not with hospitality, but with atmosphere—with the idea that Hotel Boite is more than simply a hotel. It is a space that continues to inspire emotions, connections and imagery.

This vision led to a content creation project conceived as a contemporary editorial narrative, inspired by the historic visual archive of the Eni Village and built around the life unfolding throughout its spaces. Rather than polished, conventional hospitality imagery, we focused on authentic scenes: everyday gestures, spontaneous interactions, family moments and evocative details that transform the architecture into a vivid, immersive story.

Every area of the hotel – from the rooms, lobby and restaurant to the communal spaces and outdoor settings – becomes a chapter in the narrative, creating an ongoing dialogue between heritage and contemporary life, modernist design and authentic human experience.

The result is a visual narrative that captures the true identity of Hotel Boite: an emotionally resonant place, suspended in time and deeply human.
