Mercato Centrale is a project launched in 2014 in Florence with the aim of bringing together the best of Italian and international cuisine in a unique and shared space. A true food and beverage hub, it now has a presence in some of Italy’s major cities, but it’s also a place for sharing and cultural and artistic exchange.
For Mercato Centrale, we manage the Instagram and Facebook accounts of the Milan, Turin, Florence, and Rome locations. We’ve gradually adapted these channels to a fresher and more innovative storytelling approach, characterized by a young and authentic tone of voice. Our content creation includes lifestyle-focused photos and videos, as well as giving the microphone to artisans who can tell their own stories and share their craft with the community.
In 2024, Mercato Centrale also launched Nutroglicerina, an Instagram page with an editorial focus that adapts the brand’s philosophy to develop reflections and spark discussions around the themes that connect food and culture.
Through a multi-channel and branched strategy, we’ve given all Mercato Centrale locations a recognizable identity with an increasingly distinctive tone of voice, expanding the types of content offered and promoting events through live coverage.
With the Nutroglicerina project, we’re developing a side of the brand that had a lot of untapped potential. With this social media magazine, Mercato Centrale aims to become an even more authoritative reference point in the food and beverage landscape.
