Aimo e Nadia

Aimo e Nadia, a two Michelin-starred restaurant, is a cornerstone of Milanese cuisine, thanks to a cuisine that innovates tradition while respecting raw materials. Today, Alessandro, Fabio, and Stefania continue the journey begun by Aimo and Nadia 60 years ago, projecting their vision of Italian cuisine into the future with continuity, respect, and innovation.

The primary objective of the project was twofold: to increase the brand’s visibility on social media channels and to create a visual narrative that reflected the quality and uniqueness of the gastronomic experience offered by Aimo e Nadia. The strategy adopted by GARAGE RAW was designed to engage the audience through authentic, emotive, and visually captivating content.

Starting from an in-depth analysis of the brand and the identification of its strengths and unique features, a content strategy was developed that integrated visual and textual storytelling with the aim of conveying and reflecting the fundamental values of Aimo e Nadia: tradition, innovation, and quality.

The social media management activities included the creation of a rich and varied editorial calendar, capable of alternating images of dishes with stories about the chefs, the raw materials, and local producers, and, last but not least, a behind-the-scenes look at the brigade in the kitchen.
Content creation played a crucial role, with the production of visual and textual content that was carefully crafted to ensure visual and narrative coherence, through an elegant, synesthetic, and engaging tone of voice suitable for conveying and communicating not only the taste, combinations, and flavors but above all the research, study, and analysis that lies behind each raw material and from which the unique dishes of chefs Negrini and Pisani are born.

We observed a significant increase in the brand’s visibility on social media, with organic growth in interactions and followers. A collaboration of which we are proud and which has demonstrated how a well-defined social media and content creation strategy can not only increase a brand’s online visibility but also strengthen the emotional bond with its customers, creating a digital experience that reflects the brand’s passion and authenticity.
